Mount Rose Animal Hospital is open Monday thru Friday from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm.  During the week, surgeries, dental procedures and appointments are scheduled.  In addition, for your convenience, drop off appointments are also available if needed.  On Saturdays, we are open for appointments from 8 am to 1 pm.  We are closed Sundays and major holidays.

 

During working hours, emergencies are handled with priority.  If you have an emergency after hours, we advise our clients to contact the Animal Emergency Center at (775) 851-3600.  They are located off South Virginia and Neil Road, adjacent to Comp USA.  They are open Monday through Thursday from 6 pm to 8 am and are open 24 hours from Friday evening to Monday morning.  They are also open on major holidays.  We also use the Animal Emergency Center to care for our critically ill patients that need to be observed closely overnight.

 

 

Mount Rose Animal Hospital is Reno’s newest Veterinary Hospital specializing in small animal medicine, surgery, and dentistry.  Dogs, cats,  ferrets, rabbits and pocket pets will find compassionate care by Drs. Katie Weldon and Shelby Baker.
